Experience: The Test was all about Email Writing,
1. What you know about IT Recruitment?
2.How do you apologise your senior manager for uninformed leave.?
3.How do you write a complaint of harassment to manager anonymously.?

Tips: Make it very Formally and Polite, Even Mentioning Employee ID , And Grammar ,sentence formation Matters.

Experience: In point of view The Interview Gone well, The Interviewer was very Friendly.
1.Instead of Starting from my qualifications, I started telling about myself like my interest,Hobbies, about my College days and later qualifications. He asked about Hobbies, I told i am a Blogger, I love to research about new topics, and i started to tell about "Freedom 251" Smartphone, Which was a big cheat to customers.....
2.I said yes, But Before that as i am a Fresher , I need to gain Corporate experience at least min 2yrs and later i will pursue higher qualifications. If possible i will go for weekend Classes.
(My Honest opinion Made Good Impression on me, i Noticed his Face expressions)
3.As i am BBA Graduate with Specialisation of HR, I need to Improve My Knowledge Practically in the same domain, and I love to meet strangers everyday which makes me to do in the HR Field.
4.I told about Sourcing,portals,Hiring, How to Find Best Candidate..etc...
5.As a Fresher,I am Expecting Career than Money.

Experience: In the first round there was an online test. Questions were from aptitude, general English and a simple code( very simple if you have programming skills).
Tips: It was purely a knowledge based round so everything depends on your preparation level and a bit confidence.

Experience: In technical round interview the process was like this...
I entered in room and greeted interviewer and he asked me to sit down. I handed over my resume to him. His first question was tell me about yourself. Then my projects. After that he came on programming, He asked me very basic concept about C++. Questions were like what is polymorphism, What is encapsulation. He also asked program of fibonacci series. After all these question he again looked at my resume and asked me 'why your CGPA is low?' I said that when i was in my first year i had interest in electronics but later when i encountered with programming i decided to have my career in this field so i could not concentrate on my core subjects.
Tips: C++ is '''''must''''' for Virtusa if you are from electronics . I didn't know data structure but c++ was on my fingers. Answer question with confidence.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: HR interview was really cool. Interview asked me about myself, my family, real life applications of my project. After that he came on real stuff. He asked question like why do you want to join virtusa? I said virtusa is this .. virtusa is this.....and many more..and in last i said this is i want to join virtusa. Next question was ' what do think about dowry?'. At first i was surprised to hear this question but i realized that interview only want to check my ability to speak on random topic. I answered the question by criticizing dowry and he was pleased to hear my answer. After one or two general HR question like location preference , he told me that your interview is over please wait outside for result. It was really nice to meet you . Thank you.
Tips: Never stop speaking in HR interview. They only check your ability to speak on random topics and their general HR question. I was continuously speaking ...please do not bother about grammar while speaking ...just speak with confidence(relevant).

General Tips: prepare c , c++ and ability to speak in front of interviewer.

Round: Test
Experience: The written test of hexaware was way more tough than i thought. Basically you will see on other website that hexaware written test is easy but it was not trust me. So talking more about my test there were 4 sections verbal, aptitude, analytical reasoning and technical also. I am a electronics and communication student so there were technical question from my field of study only but for IT and Computer Science there were programming questions. And there is 10 mins of essay writting also.
Tips: Be prepare for anything. Dont judge the written exam will be easy or tough anything can happen and prepare your best.
Duration: 60 minutes
Total Questions: 75

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Well, i think my group discussion topic was easy but the only problem was that every person is fully aware of that topic so thought process has become very simple. But still somehow i manage to clear this round also.
Tips: Be calm and if you dont know about some topic so wait for few minutes and listen what others are saYing . The HR will only be checking your communication skills.
Duration: 10 mins minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: I am an EC student so there were very basic question of c and data structure programming and from my field he only asked about my project work and keep asking question from it. I guess he was checking my patience.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The HR round was quite good. The question was really very basic from my family and strengths and weakness. But i dont know why he asked me a question of c programming and he asked me to make a program generally i have never heard that in HR interview, the HR asking you a technical question but anything can happen .
Tips: Keep yourself calm . Keep wide knowledge of your field.

Experience: I wasn't thinking of joining there, Came along with a friend, so thought of giving it a try, Got my resume shortlisted and was asked to attend the second round.
Tips: Be bold. Want something?, ask them, You wont be disappointed. Try to be more energetic when you talk, make the interviewer smile, you'll get through !!!
