Round: Resume Shortlist

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: After shortlisting the resume they started off with the voice and accent round to check my comand over the English language and grammer and vocabulary skills.
Tips: Do not rush to try to speak fast. Take your time and talk slowly. Try and use a nutral accent and do not fake the accent if you cannot manage to carry it over.

Round: Problem Statement
Experience: I had applied for the American Express FRAUD prevention team so they asked me a situation where I had to deal with a Amex card member and prevent fraud on his card. In the been ming I got a little nervous (getting nervous is a part and parcel of the game) but then I was able to get the trick of dealing with a person like that over the phone.
Tips: Eventhough nervousness is present, do not loose your focus on the given situation and try to find a way to solve the given problem instead of getting more nervous. This is a bit hard process to do but a little bit of experience would do the trick.
