Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was here for interview. 1st round with hr then 2nd was with the qualified company secretary and then the hr told me that you arr selected asked me about when will you join and all . He told me to wait i will make an offer letter. Then after some time he came back told me our senior sir is not available today his Signature is mandatory can you come tomorrow to take the offer letter i agreed with him . Then on the next day i went there he told me to wait i will give you the offer letter then i was waiting there for 3 hours then he called me and the senior sir interviewed me but i was totally unaware that there will be one more interview on the previous day i asked the hr that job is confirmed? He replied yes you score 7 out of 7 in the interview so its confirmed. After the interview with senior they told me to wait then the hr came and told me that sorry we are not hiring you. Our senior is saying that you lack maturity . It was such a traumatic experience such unprofessional way. I was so sad that i cried so hard for continuous one hour sitting at the bus stop lot of people staring at my face. They disturbeb my mental well-being. It happened on 12th feb 2025 whoever is going here please be careful.
