IT Help Desk is sufficient if you know what technologies to talk about. As long as you seem very tech savy, they will like you. Also be easygoing, they value people who are easy to work with.

First is a general screening call, then a call with a manager asking about expeirence and interests. Then I interviewed with the national IT director (I assume this is the final round). This final round is where you should display your technical knowledge by mentioning technologies you use and be specific in your interests.
