I want to share the disappointment and frustrating journey I had with their hiring process, which unfortunately left a negative impression for complete company's culture.

I began my journey on July 1st, with an initial interview arranged by HR representative Abhijeet Gaikward. What followed by a serious of 6 interview, each time begin told it was the final round. On 16th of july, i was informed of my selection, including the salary and tentative joining date. Based on this, I have rejected an another offer and submitted required document to Affinity X HR for further processing.

However after few days, after asking for update for offer later, they again asked me for one more round of interview, which was postponed multiple times. Finally, on end of July, I was told that the position was on Hold.

The lack of clear communication and respect for my time throughout the process was disheartening. I wasted my 1 month, while giving interview these people, lost other job opportunity. This lead me to depression and mental instability.
