Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My interview experience was bad here. The ambience was noisy as the interview was held outside a coffee shop. This shop on the side of a busy road in a city. I had to pull the chair close to the interviewer to listen to the questions and i had to leap forward to answer. Kind of situation, i was put into where i knew this is not my cup of tea. This is more over a review than an advice. And the interviewer had a very serious approach where i was not greeted with a smile. Those were the only questions which were asked. The interviewer stared at me in an unpleasant way. There are few things that a company must know. The way you treat a candidate reflects the work culture of the organization.
