The interviewer was trying to make me stressed by picking one of my strengths and saying that he considers it as my weakness. He was not convinced with whatever I said but in order to overcome above stress be clam and cool. Say what you know without hesitation, be strong, and be yourself. Last but not the least, don't bluff because he will eventually figure it out, even if you bluff say it convincingly.

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: It was a 4 round test containing the above mentioned sections. The questions were easy but the size of the questions was relatively big compared to other companies. The aptitude and verbal sections were easy.
Tips: Donot panic by the size of the questions. There will only be a small logic involved
Duration: 45 minutes
Total Questions: 40

Round: Case study
Experience: The shortlisted students in the first round were called for the second round. The case study was about to two companies in which one of the company is our client. There were 3 tables given depicting the statistics of both the companies. We need to mainly Compare both the companies, calculate the profits and mention what are all the recommendations we suggest for the growth and development of our client company. It was a 30 min round.
Tips: It completely depends on our state of mind at that moment. So first try to analyse the tables given and start the case study.Doesnot matter how much you write,it only depends on what are all the main points that you covered.

Round: Case study interview +HR interview
Experience: It really was very cool.First they asked me to walk them out through my CV.Then they asked about my projects and my technical skills.
The heart of the interview was the explanation of the case study that we write. They asked to explain what ever I wrote in the case study. It's better if we compare both the companies and suggest the required recommendations at the same time.
Finally ,they asked me why I chose non technical instead of technical profile and some basic HR questions regarding my schooling,my family ,my hobbies and extra curricular activities.
They indirectly told me that they were impressed with my skills .
Later the result was out and I got selected.
All the best!!

Tips: Communication skills are very much important and take more time in explaining each and every point that you write in the case study.
