Nothing. It’s a scam run by 2 lalas. They have made their old trustworthy employees go in an instant. Appraisal letters have been given in phases to some people and others are being sent here and there and eventually getting fired.

Dislikes

1. Work really hard for a year and you’ll still get no hike and get fired if the lalas and the chamchas don’t like you. 2. Everyone is always raising fingers on each other and the 2 lalas fire anyone they want anytime. Zero job security. 3. Managers are irresponsible and do politics 4. This year, they have done malpractice by changing people’s ratings on back end just to fire some of them. 5. You can get fired for N number of silly reasons ranging from : asking questions in a CXO town hall to someone spreading false rumours about your work.

... hours and understanding managers. 4. Amazing leadership with thought vision. 5. Decent compensation and benefits.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.campany policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is lot of politics and the management doen address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign on the job training is not giving to new joinees

Generally on most aspect everything is fine. But minor issues are always there which I feel company is working to overcome them.

Offers a supportive work environment, management is approachable,provides well being,and supportive functions to empower career growth.

Dislikes

Nothing too much but little bit more of cross communiction across departments.
