Higher management is really very corrupt. I am ex employee of Zomato. And worked for 3 years. REALLY REALLY PATHATIC MANAGEMENT, COMPANY IS FULL OF CORRUPTION. Well India is also corrupt and company is also in india. that's why company is also corrupt.

The company does not care about its employees at all.. the salaries are not credited correctly and it’s a task to get the pay slip from the company.. the company ask the employees to do the over time but they do not credit the over time money on time and full pyment of over time is never done.. Ever my day thay keep on changing on the policies and send a wats app message to the employees to follow the policies without providing proper training. There is no job security in the company as everyday the employees get a warning of loosing jobs because the company is not able to make a stable policy.

Compensation is not up to the mark and growth is questionable thing, The work pressure is very high. Sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend numerous calls with out any week offs . Everyone steals efforts ,strengths, work which is why I have to not compromise my ideas to colleagues most of the times, I do receive appreciation while conference calls, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes

I recently came across a post about Zomato. They added an extra fee for their vegetarian delivery service, which upset a lot of vegetarians.
