No one cares about leading in the right direction, so you are automatically given space to do your own thing.

Dislikes

Unexpected cuts in incnetives without any arrears inspite of involving HR. Salary was hiked by 4% post appraisal. No leadership guidance or growth plan to pursue a career within the organisation. Going the extra mile is often overlooked. Toxic Work-Culture.

Dislikes

Low budget salary cost cutting no ot no good apprisal rich get Richa poor gets more poor. Only management people take credit internal politics and promotions only few people get who are closed to manager.

...but in return, I got laid off in pandemic situation with other 21-23 colleagues. It was not that company was out of work or in loss but they planned to hire new employees with very less salary. Now company is hiring. Apply if u don't have job and ready to work with less salary.
