Bias in favor of premier institute guys. The ideas which presented were neglected and ignored but the same ideas presented in the same way were accepted once it was presented by premier institute guys. Also, serious bias and politics in promotion and responsibilities given and also appraisals. No skill based training for professional development, Arrogance at peak with management, immature leads. Highly unorganized setup, lack of proper planning. Very poor logistics for a company in similar field, lower level employees have to take burden for poor decisions by management. Lack of good people management. High attrition even in white collared workers due lack of job satisfaction and poor recognition.

Support is given to Bangalore office only and the central team has good visibility & control.

Dislikes

No scope of career growth, politics for growth & promotion, biased for home state people, no work-life balance, they will ask to give support work on festive holidays without paying overtime. zero learning same repeated work and no thining, decisions are made in haywire.
