... you gotta do work of others. Staying late at work is considered a good thing. Team Lead doesn't inform you about reward system, that there's a bonus for good performer. I hot to know this from other team leads that there's also a reward system. TL will deny your leaves. You'll have to hive sick excuses to get your leaves approved. Code quality is terrible, anybody does anything. No code structure is followed. Ppl at junior level knows more than team lead. Team lead has very poor knowledge on technology, you'll have to rely on other team for help when stuck, which again consumes time. No guidance nothing.

They Give Bonus at Year End and Profit Share at Tax Year End

Too much working hours . Overtime is appreciated here. No respect personal time of employee Too much work Load. No structure to assign work to employee. No fixed time period given to complete task. They want all tasks to be completed in a single Day.

1. Low Pay hikes. 2. Managers with orthodox mentality. they don't want subordinates to be successful in life. 3. No promotions as higher hierarchy is not leaving company.

Perks and benefits are great yearly bonus and other economic perks are good.

To much Pressurized environment to complete the tasks. No pat on the back whatsoever. You will get criticized for every mistake u make and mailed for it.

Dislikes

Environment is not conducive to learn and grow. There are no opportunities for cross departmental working, there is good pay hike, but the roles and responsibilities remain the same. People and management could use practising more fairness in their judgement. The culture should be more open and helping. The average age of the company employees is high, hence there is resistance for new technologies and ways to adapt them. Overall it might be a better place for people settled in their careers, that is a at a management level, or for client facing roles, but for freshers it is a difficult place to work, also the consultancy is the term used for database correction and big fixing issues, and it won’t provide an actual consultancy exposure.
