The moment you hear from HR or RMG, you know it's the "last call." People literally dread picking up their phones-it's like a horror movie plot, expect here, the monster is the call telling you to resign. General Observations I have spent over a decade at this company, and it is heartbreaking to see how things have deteriorated since the acquisition. Good, loyal employees are being pushed out like old furniture while management looks on, laughing from their cabins. If you are still here, my advice? Do not wait to be the next casualty. Jump ship, the moment you get an opportunity. Advice to Job Seekers Thinking about joining? Don't let the shiny marketing campaigns on Linkedin fool you. Mental peace is priceless, and this company's toxic culture will rob you of it. Even if other organization offer less compensation, you will be better off in the long run. TCS, HCL-heck even a startup with decent policies- will feel like paradise compared to this mess. In summary, Xoriant might have a few perks, but the downsides will leave you wishing you'd chosen differently.

Timely salary, supportive team and colleagues. Your progress will be tracked every day and every week, based on your client. If you are someone who is regular and diligent this is good place for you. Flexible work hours, recognition and appreciation to your work. Good number of interesting projects. Notice period is 3 months and no buyout. So keep an eye for this.

Poor operational team, it takes months to resolve your queries, no support if you face any issues regarding any internal processes. Its almost as if there is no HR team once you onboarded to the team. If you are okay bearing the frustation of having issues related to insurance, flexi benefits go unresolved for months, go ahead join here.

There is no hike on your promotion. They will not agree to match your salary as per industry standards. so if you are planning to join for long term then it will not good for you.

New Management is all very bad and no leadership qualities , they stopped pay hikes , bonus , incentive etc. Very very bad behavior by new leaders who call them 2.0

There is no job security here , please dont join by seeing only the salary benifits . There is no good projects . Better get into a good MNC rather than joining this company and waiting for years for a good project and they hire freshers and train them for their tax benifits and almost more than half of the newly recruited freshers are forced to resign . Talent management is not proper and they also have no idea whats going inside the company . One day they will ask you to resign and the next day they will inform about a new project requirement. Even experienced people find it difficult to survive.

Poor Talent Management , no good projects , no ethics in the company , you will always feel insecure about job security.
