Timely salary, supportive team and colleagues. Your progress will be tracked every day and every week, based on your client. If you are someone who is regular and diligent this is good place for you. Flexible work hours, recognition and appreciation to your work. Good number of interesting projects. Notice period is 3 months and no buyout. So keep an eye for this.

Dislikes

Poor operational team, it takes months to resolve your queries, no support if you face any issues regarding any internal processes. Its almost as if there is no HR team once you onboarded to the team. If you are okay bearing the frustation of having issues related to insurance, flexi benefits go unresolved for months, go ahead join here.

Hindi Language is superior in work culture whereas south people couldn’t keep up with the language. Managers are not much supportive. Job security is 0%. Projects allocation and trainings are very poor.
