Xoriant is mid level company with 6k+ employees, it has in house projects like Blackberry, pennymac, Ellimae, Bayers and also client projects like KPMG,TAVISCA and lots. I worked for KPMG as senior dot net consultant, i felt awesome wlb, work culture.

...ant portals like timesheet, payslips portal are upto the mark like MNC portals Salary will be on lwd of every month but by 8 pm EOD

Lack of onsite opportunity, appraisal cycle is very late i.e we see the difference in jun month salary which is not acceptable. I would expect they should provide some exception approval mechanism for the late expense otherwise employees will lose their hard earn money .

The job depends from project to project. If they do not have projects, they ask you leave. The company culture needs a lot of improvement.

At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.
