Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

1. Poor in Human resource management 2. Not given hike to the lateral joined employees 3. It's fixed for them whom get the hike, those who worked with them since there last company. 4. My opinion , I have worked in store.HO management is very poor of their work. They actually don't know how to work in systematic. No ISO standard maintain at site. Till now I don't know who is my reporting boss. Company is very good but Management is very poor.
