I like the work-life balance in workhall. Gives the priority to each and every person voices. Our colleagues are very kind and never say no to whenever someone ask queries.

I have been working here for the past year. I joined here as a fresher and people here always treated everyone with respect and not with their working experience. The workspace gives more importance to culture, people and freedom of the employees. Helping one anther is one of the major ways to grow as a person and in career. Workhall is one of the best examples of for that environment. It is definitely a Great Place to Work. I'm revered to start my career in Workhall.

Besides the product itself, nothing great about the organisation. There's zero to little incentive on your work efforts.

Dislikes

The organisation promotes favouritism. There's linguistic bias towards outsiders and the work culture is quite toxic. One of the managers use their hold in the organisation to put pressure on you to perform and then use it against you while doing annual review. There's no empathy towards juniors from the senior's side. Absolutely no learning and development opportunity provided so that you can take your career forward. The company doesn't even have any policy written in place, literally anything can happen in case you raise your concern.

Workhall is my third organization in my career. I have been experiencing a great work environment and personal growth working here since my previous organization. Working with people of different work experience in Workhall is a new learning each day. Though employees come from various regions, we all come together by Workhall's great working culture. I'm dignified to be a part of this Workhall family.
