Besides the product itself, nothing great about the organisation. There's zero to little incentive on your work efforts.

Dislikes

The organisation promotes favouritism. There's linguistic bias towards outsiders and the work culture is quite toxic. One of the managers use their hold in the organisation to put pressure on you to perform and then use it against you while doing annual review. There's no empathy towards juniors from the senior's side. Absolutely nolearning and development opportunity provided so that you can take your career forward.
