Extreme level micromanagement. Favouritism towards employees. No vision Sharing wrong information to attract talent. Misleading employees with wrong revenue figures No freedom to do your job, be a robot to the CEO No work life balance just keep working for hours and still the CEO will say you haven’t worked. No time to start the day or end. Wake up start working with no time to close. The list is endless

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
