...ny. I had a yearly appraisal and then since last couple it changed to quarterly. My salary and bonus was based in my performance based on our targets. The company always had a fresh view towards innovation and applying new technologies to increase productivity and get results.

Dislikes

Well in this section there is not much to dislike about the company but if I would like to see improvement then it would be work-life balance.

... work at lower levels. No work appreciation or reward for doing something extra. Moreover, pay rate is distributed among top level individuals and employee gets lower pay rate without even knowing about it. There was no financial assistance for workers during lockdown, for those who were stuck offshore.

Everything is not in good condition except your job. You have the job, you should be greatful is the work culture of woolsworth supermarkets

It totally depends on your senior managers. Half of the managers I have worked are good with supporting and guiding you towards common goal.

Dislikes

Resource and tasks does not align some times. Some managers are streamlined and don't like to hear suggestions or comments.

Team Members well being is the highest priority at Woolworths. Woolworths partnered with a third party app called Sonder. It is a one-stop shop for all the TM in need. All Woolworths TM are having a rewards card by default and we can use this card across Woolworths stores all over Australia .That includes Woolworths supermarkets,BIG W, BWS,Caltex.....etc . Good Shepherd offering supports through financial hardship, including financial counselling ,no interest free loans upto $3000,gift cards and much more. Thats why I pick woolies.The fresh food people.

Woolworths are innovative but don't have enough strategies where their employees are concern. I'm not been supported because out views don't count or our feedback.
