Endeavour Group to switch exec running tech split from Woolworths
- Endeavour Group has named Harinder Saluja as its new chief transformation officer, overseeing the program to separate from Woolworths systems and simplify technology.
- Saluja's remit as the chief transformation officer is to drive 'One Endeavour', the program to separate Endeavour Group from Woolworths' IT systems, and simplify the technology estate.
- Other changes include the departure of chief marketing officer Jo Rose, who will leave Endeavour Group after three years, and the appointment of Paul Carew as managing director of ALH Hotels.
- Carew joins from Tabcorp where he was the chief operating officer for just over two years.

- AMP has hired John Arnott, formerly of Woolworths' digital and data arm WooliesX, to lead its new small business digital banking division.
- Arnott will oversee the division's launch into transactions, payments, and deposits using Starling Bank's 'Engine' platform.
- The division aims to make a meaningful difference to the success of small businesses and personal banking customers.
- Last week, AMP also hired Julie Slapp and Cloe Reece to enhance customer solution design and digital innovation in its superannuation and investments business.
