Woolies as I would say is a great place that work. My experience has been a good one. I have learned a lot while on job. My attitude towards work has totally changed since I started to work with the company. My job security was 100%, while also having a good career growth during my time with the company. I had a yearly appraisal andthen since last couple it changed to quarterly. My salary and bonus was based in my performance based on our targets. It totally depends on your senior managers. Half of the managers I have worked are good with supporting and guiding you towards common goal.

Dislikes

Resource and tasks does not align some times. Some managers are streamlined and don't like to hear suggestions or comments.

Team Members well being is the highest priority at Woolworths. Woolworths partnered with a third party app called Sonder. It is a one-stop shop for all the TM in need. All Woolworths TM are having a rewards card by default and we can use this card across Woolworths stores all over Australia .That includes Woolworths supermarkets,BIG W, BWS,Caltex.....etc .
