Company culture and initiatives to help employees learn are very good. But for Nashik location politics is main issue. Old Tenured managers manipulate and take advantage of their positions and treat other like a trash. There are some good managers who are exceptions to this.

They don't value talent, Organization is full of politics. Irrespective of how much good you do for the organisation, they would not pay full n final settlements in time. HR n managers would not reply to your follow up emails.

It's one of the best BPO in India to work for. It imparts a lot of learning in it's employees and helps it's employees grow in terms of skills and career.

It's not the best pay master in the industry, but it compensates it through the learning culture helping you grow your career

apart from salary hike, this company does not provide a cup to drink water and I seriously mean it. I have just passed 2 weeks in this company and I feel like I am working in some local domestic company, The time you entered into this company you will feel like company only focus on cost cutting, smelly washroom with no basic hygiene no toilet roll, no fragnance spray, there is tea/coffee machine but no cups, you have to bring your own from home same goes for drinking water, you have to pay for the meal and even after paying you get cold rice and chapati, there is no professionalism in the management, Manager shout their associates in very rudely manner and even gave threat of firing employees, and management team is worst in this company here is one example my shift over at 3:30 Am and according to company policy all cab should be start moving at 4:00 AM but guess what we did not get the cab details even after 4:10 Am which should be given prior 2 hours before from logout shift timing as per their transport policy, which cause huge delay while leaving from the company. Think I can reach my home under 30 minutes but the cab itself take approximate 1 hour to leave the company location and if you guys are thinking that above all experience is limited to my process then you are in a big blunder my friend. I have a lot to written but this place is not enough to write. So Join this company at your own risk.
