Career growth has no future, appraisal is based on Manager's recommendations rather than performance, salary growth is not as per market standars and inflation. There should be some growth options for people who are willing to work for long term.

except Job security every this is awful about WNS their Salary is the least in the industry, No work life balance, worst management, as the managers designation increases their humanity decreases, no sick leaves, no growth opportunity.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Job security is 90%.
