Increment are low and there are delays in pay out. Growth is slow Completely client operated metrics Management needs more learning and skills as lower staff take advantage of manager not being learned.

The only good thing about this organization is Hybrid Model

Dislikes

Appraisals and Bonus = The company is following this practice of delaying Bonus and increments in order to retain employees. Bonus is generally delayed by 1/2 months and Increment is delayed by 5-6 months (i.e almost 2 quarters) and no one is answerable for these delays.

Many things to learn due to gadha majduri. Don't join company if you get offer to work under RAJENDRA KHARAT, TEJAS MARANE and RAJI RAJAN because they do politics and remove so many employees. Rajendra not good for female employees.
