WNS is good company for those who are looking stable job, desk job with less pressure & fair salary compared to market standards. If you live in Tier2,3 cities, then WNS salary is sufficient as compared to other companies. As well you have less pressure, 5 days working, etc. You will get time for you & your family.

There are no rotational shifts. And slow growth in BPM sector in terms of Salary. Employees are working on same salary for 3 years. Salary hike & incentives are not sufficient.

...ke as late. Only some employees get promoted which are very close to management. Salary not grow & no hike given to the employees between 5 years. Incentive criteria is also not good. Only they take work but not given that benefit to the employee. Night shift also gives to us but only $125 per night gives is not enough to 10 hrs night. More than 5 yrs I am not learn any skill in healthcare process which I give the best in another company. Yearly appraisal not enough compare to other company WNS not increase salary on few hundred Rs. they increase but as per inflation thousands of Rs. we want to increase but is not possible. In emergency as well as seek they dont give leave & deduct from incentive as well as salary. Job is not secure in this organisation. Any condition process is shut down the employees are loss their job.

Top management only things about profit and loss, they don't care about you. Salary growth is very low, you get promoted but your salary will be low as campare to other associate. HR department work for only Top management. Service not up to the mark Admin and service department not doing there job. Canteen food is not good

I have worked on assistant manager level however the company management is worst. They will keep on humiliating employees everyday and give the targets which can never be achievable. If we ask for support, they will never give it and respond that u are on leadership role and you have to do everything at your own. Positive thing is that you only get paid well. Rest worst work culture i have experienced in my 12 years career.

Good salary package for freshers. Work life balance. Friendly environment in my department. They gives LOC(League of Champions) Points in every quarter where you can redeem that points to purchase anything on thire site also you can redeem it to purchase voucher for Amazon, Flipkart, Croma etc. Every six months they arrange party for thire employees 🥳🎉

Overall infrastructure is not very good. Bad cantine facilities in Nashik.
