The WNS is same like big MNC as they provide the best traning and facilities. Great place to work and you start the career from here because there are many things to learn and develop your self.

There is nothing exceptional to like anything here

Dislikes

Work culture is toxic Management is completely process centric and doesn't care about any employees. Infrastructure is pathetic, feels like working for a government office. Rotaional shifts No weekends off There are lot of things which are horrible...one of the worst places, I have ever worked ( Nashik Site )
