On-time Salary provided. Good training was provided. Transportation provided.

Dislikes

Different employees from different departments including but not limited to Security staff, Cafeteria Staff, and Trainers were always aggressive and arrogant. I was only able to survive here for a month, and within a month there were approximately 4-5 fights I noticed within the organization. The barrier entry for employees is too low and hence the crowd they hire is extremely uneducated and ill-mannered individuals. The shift timings are too extreme which contribute to the extreme kind of behaviors from the staff.

Nice place to work, Salary + Benefits are handsome, good work culture, some of the well established proceeses are extremely good so check out the process before joining, GSK is a mamoth process there, provides good bonus, work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Pay is quite less. It is good for freshers but can't learn anything new. No growth opportunities. I feel you're quite lost and there's very little or no motivation from the management

Extremely bad experience working with this company, very bad behaviour, politics, favoritism, donot recognised educational qualification, experience, talent only politics and favoritism works here.If anyone feels he has self respect intact he should not join this company
