...et any better opportunity you have to pay 1.5 lakhs to get ur experience letter. There is no office outing no party even they give your diwali gift after deducting from your salary. Politics is every were it depends on how skillful or understanding you upper management is but they are wised too. The company is management centric not even client centric, if your love one do the blunders they will not get any warning but if you do a little mistake you will be on PIP (performance improvement program) so you will get disrespect in front of your colleagues.

Dislikes

Bond, wised manager, less salary, no promotion, less learning, night shifts, rotation shifts, less interaction, politics on learning.

Completely Politics, No scope to Learning, Work Pressure is high, No Career Growth, Bad appraisal Rating, Company Culture is very bad, i Recommend don't Join here, only job necessary people can join.

...roperty not returned mail though I have returned before 2 days of my last day. 2) pending due (they have to deduct my bonus amt because I left before year ending )where to pay whome to pay not mentioned after following for 1 month details given.

Work pressures are ok ok. A month in a whole year is what would be high pressure enviroment. Otherwise it's chill Job security is very high but problem with that is that even those not performing keep sailing thus making me feel performance is not very valued

Dislikes

Salary is quite low. There is hardly any skill development from the company.. its like throw them in the water and hope they swim. So all skill development will come if you take initiatives

False promises, wrong hiring, leadership not keeping their commitments and retaining stating that they will match salary and never matching it once you take back papers.
