The name is there in the market but there is very less work life Ballance.

Dislikes

The company itself is not good to work. No work life balance. They play with your bonus out and give it as per their wish. Minimum duration for promotion is 4 years even if you perform good. Want you to work on weekends also

Work life balance is good. Roles are clearly defined

Dislikes

Not much scope to move out of your current role. Not to mention the 3 month bond. Onsite opportunities are there but the pay makes it a lacking experiance

Dislikes

Low chances of growth. Not the best salary and pay hikes. Doesn't attract the best talent (so difficult to hire good people as a manager/director). Also work get monotonous after a few cycles (can be year or quarter)

Compensation may be good however not for long time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and even HR function is very weak incomparison to other reputated organizations. I would only recommend this organization if you dont have any job in hand. This is leader oriented organization instead of policy oriented.

Top management only things about profit and loss, they don't care about you. Salary growth is very low, you get promoted but your salary will be low as campare to other associate. HR department work for only Top management. Service not up to the mark Admin and service department not doing there job. Canteen food is not good
