Low salary for internal people, high work pressure, no proper workflow, 1 person does work of 2, higher management not think of juniors, long working hours

...t of them where on bench for 4-5 months before getting job in different process. Salary on time. Supportive management not HR.

Biggest dislike is salary increment which is amongst lowest in the market. And one unprofessional law they have is they deduct Night shift allowance of 10 days in the name of donations every month compulsory. You cannot avoid that.

The managers and staff is very good and supportive. Proper training has been given of your process. U.S holidays are also provided apart from saturday , sunday week-offs. Good company to start your career.
