I was working with Genpact Noida as a Management Trainee in R2R job profile and I switched job from there because of Low salary there. In Genpact, my salary was 4.4 Lpa. Wns Had offered me 6.7 lpa but wanted me to relocate to Chennai. So, I accepted this offer. And also Wns notice period is 60 days which is less than other companies, so If I have switch job from here, I can easily switch job after 1 year

... habit of asking money from u and if you give them, they will not return it. 5. Variable pay out is monthly here, you won't get variable pay for the first month. Variable pay ranges a lot, u will only get minimum amount of which offered in Offer letter. Genpact is far better company than WNS. Only come to Wns if they give you good hike.

Worst environment of company, management, salary not good for deserving employees, favouritism in promotion, toxic environment, work pressure, no proper training material to deliver new joiners.

... Growth is done only whn IJP comes that too if we move to other team if not our Destination remain same * Having no hike in salary * Having no any gifts/Vouchers or Sweet box to the Employees for Dasara or Deepavali Festival

Increment are low and there are delays in pay out. Growth is slow Completely client operated metrics Management needs more learning and skills as lower staff take advantage of manager not being learned.

The company premise was nice. Also the salary and the incentive plan was good.

Dislikes

The work culture was very worst over there, lots of negativity lots of open politics. HR was not helpful they were also with the managers over there.
