Note: The feedback below is only for the company's site located in VIZAG. Pros: 1. The Senior Management is extremely focused in motivating employees towards work. 2. Accounts in the business are well defined and carries a lot of potential to give any individual an exposure in the world market. Cons: 1. The Junior management (DMs) for Vizag Site needs a lot of work knowledge exposure. They are less qualified for the designation and do not have any idea about people management or work management. 2. The salary I was explained was not exactly the same that I recieved for variable pays. I was promised 1,10,000 for my stacks but I was recieving half of it. 3. HR needs a stronger hold on businesses/ accounts as it appears to fall low in terms of protecting employee needs and safeguarding thier rights.

I have worked on assistant manager level however the company management is worst. They will keep on humiliating employees everyday and give the targets which can never be achievable. If we ask for support, they will never give it and respond that u are on leadership role and you have to do everything at your own. Positive thing is that you only get paid well. Rest worst work culture i have experienced in my 12 years career.

...nt needs to think of its employees. Any approvals needs to get signed from top Bonus which is deducted 20% from employee’s salary and is not paid complete. Learning and overall development is 0
