...rtive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Job security, Easy going work culture, work life balance, helpful team mates, helpful and supportive leadership. Good place to have a stable job.

Policies, Below par compensation, lack of career development.

Learnt a lot of things with WNS.Got certifications, Career growth,Travel, Innovation work life balance

Management politics. Only favorites/Same religion people get On roll job. Salary is less as per market standards. In times of pressure, extra working till 9 pm also weekends. No equality between team members. Favoritism is there.

...ing knowledge and giving freedom to learn. You could approach anyone at anytime. Salary is a little low but then the knowledge helps you build a strong foundation.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work hours were a bit too long cause manpower in the specific department was low. But when you enjoy your work and have amazing work buddies, time flies. Plus the option of gaining more experience in less time makes a difference.

Work pressures are ok ok. A month in a whole year is what would be high pressure enviroment. Otherwise it's chill Job security is very high but problem with that is that even those not performing keep sailing thus making me feel performance is not very valued

Dislikes

Salary is quite low. There is hardly any skill development from the company.. its like throw them in the water and hope they swim. So all skill development will come if you take initiatives
