There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues primary is decent but for your growth is slow there is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

No job role clarity, demands multitasking, Salary is decent but career growth is slow n increment on promotion is also as per company average. Not a good company for freshers as in operations I have witnessed carriers ending of people regardless of experienced or freshers just on the basis of ego.

...p performers under the compliance act due to which the job security is an issue. Many aspiring candidates prefer to maintain low profile without getting promoted just to ensure they are not sacked since salary is received in 30th or 31st of every month.

Sales Peoples are very good while comparing to Service peoples..Huge politics inside and outside the factory... No one wants you to grow... Service head of south region is not a human and he doesn't know anything good.. They always blame others and doing mama (jing hang) work to management also only sitting in home everyday

After market service teams are only sitting in home and take salary... If you have service job,you are the luckiest person in this world .getting salary doing nothing
