There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues primary is decent but for your growth is slow there is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

...p performers under the compliance act due to which the job security is an issue. Many aspiring candidates prefer to maintain low profile without getting promoted just to ensure they are not sacked since salary is received in 30th or 31st of every month.

As I am working since 2007, I know the work culture & process to achieve my goal. Job security is there.

Salary structure is not as per designation. New joining employees getting more than existing experienced employees, those who were working since long.

No job role clarity, demands multitasking, Salary is decent but career growth is slow n increment on promotion is also as per company average. Not a good company for freshers as in operations I have witnessed carriers ending of people regardless of experienced or freshers just on the basis of ego.
