1. GET dominance is more, they behaves with senior employees like they are a 'Jamai' of company 2. GET',s even don't know how to behave, they don't have basis eticates but management treats them like a new born baby. 3. Salary increments are not up to the mark, a employee who is work with Wirtgen from last 12+ yrs his package is below 9 LPA. 4. There is no any senior and junior employees infront of GET's 5.
