To be honest I worked in 4 multiple service based mnc's and every MNC is better than wipro. There is not even a single ooint which I like while working in Wipro.

...fice. Now all are coming but they dont have sitiing space and parking space. 3. Unnessarily salary deductions of small amount from your salary on the sake of wipro policy. 4. Without any consent opd medical charges will deduct from your salary. 5. Full of politics.

...u to handle team citing your experience and make you to work for 20 hours a day. Even people with higher career band who are having more salary as that of you will be working under you as Individual Contributers and enjoying their life while you will be working day and night.

...tion, food, and rewards programs are inadequate or nonexistent in some projects. The pay is very less. Employees face significant challenges in switching technologies or projects, often struggling to get released. Additionally, the current environment provides few opportunities for skill development, and overall benefits are insufficient, making it difficult for employees to thrive and feel valued. .

... nothing really good here, not even job security since that 45 days pool policy. If you are in pool for more than 45 days they would stop your salary and after some time they will force you to resign. Or threaten you to terminate.
