Its essential for the company to refine its talent identification process and provide opportunities for employees who have been already trained in a new technologies, even if they are on bench, waiting for a suitable project. This approach would encourage employee growth and development. Bench policy are worst , 45 days only bench period and then you will go under loss of pay. HR and bench team very worst.

Earning money only enginners in the any MNC or product based company . Now the developers only not getting proper projects and salaries cuts

1.There is no Birthday/anniversary gift 2.Even DIWALI Bonus & sweets also not offer 3.Not a single Trip arranged 4.Reagarsibg work....If u on bench for longer time then there is LOP.

In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees.
