Thera is a lot of politics and the management doesn't matter address our issues there is a bound of 2 years before which you can not resign .On the job training is not given.

I have been working since 2019 and today my salary is 20000, i don't get paid enough considering my work. I have been leading a team and my salary is 20000. This is not enough for our day to day life. Also i have applied for salary advance which got rejected even though I have shared the admission form with them. Also the transport system is worst. I live in Moshi and I'm the one who is for moshi and they mapp the employee who live in Chinchwad gao it takes me 1.25 hrs to reach home.

Salary, Have applied for salary advance and got rejected, Wipro need fees receipt, you need Money to pay the fees so that you can have the receipt. No use of these policies when they can't help employees
