...ly have any control over it . The infrastructure ( atleast of pdc2) is terrible. Hikes, compensation, rewards are below average and if the team is big you can expect to get almost nothing.

Salary is on time, job security is good.

Hr of wipro is worse , not even listening, when we want some clarification they started shouting,Work from home is closed, Which is essential for day to day life, to maintain life balance between work and family. On time of joining hr talk politely and after they are treated as slave.

Poor work culture, bad management at top, non- coperative & arrogant managers, poor salary raise, ling working hours, no skill enhancement

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.
