HGS has no say in anything, they just maintain pay roll. They dont have any authority. They wont give you increment if citi does not approve or give. No training, job security. If citi ends your contract, hgs will ask you to leave. They dont replace you with other client.

Absolutely nothing. Its a pathetic company to work with. Growth is too slow, salary is too less. Information about salary is kept hidden from the employees at the beginning. If the company decides to cut costs, they become very rude and office politics changes to next level to make sure you can't survive in the company. In the name of change management, they will bring a new leader who will start firing people, in the name of change!

There is really nothing much to like about working with Wipro. 1. Salary gets credited on time. 2. Both side cab at Airoli West, Wipro.

1. The salary is too low. 2. The internal politics that happen with freshers in some teams is extreme, and I have been a victim of it. 3. The top-level management is the worst. My manager is such a perv, always biased towards female colleagues.

...any works 9 hours module, and wipro works in 9.5 hours module, which is worst. Salary hike is worst...they don't provide good salary hike, last six years i haven't received hike more than 9% that too 50% of it will go to QPLC part and that depends on the company performance if company is performing well you will get 100% QPLC, if not then they will reduce the QPLC amount. no matter how hard you work.
