The work culture,the work life balance were really good. I also got few opportunities to work in different roles. So changing current role was easy.

Dislikes

I disliked that they paid me very less. Infact even the salary hikes were limited. Even after doing a tremendous amount of hardwork the managers just gave a 3/5 rating. Which makes the increment not more than 10 percent.

Company culture is really bad and lot of load is put on the employees salary is really less compared to other MNC, after leaving company, final settlement team is not giving my salary its been over 4 months, no response really bad experience, worst company to join

Compensation is very low, growth is also slow. The work pressure is high. I personally find that the give is to take ratio is not maintained. Managers do not really appreciate the hardwork of employees. I recieve appreciation emails everyday for my work however I do not find it in my growth or compensation. Payscal is less, atleast the annual appraisals are not given properly. There are no team outings as well in my project. There are no holidays on festival days for the project I worked for. So I get compoffs. But the real problem is that when I am applying for the compoff on the day that I need it, it also gets rejected due to shrinkage. What is the point of working on a festival day if you are not able to apply atleast the compoff on a day that you desire?

It's just one thing that I liked working at wipro, which is the time-to-time salary credit. Else than this, the work culture was okay but the work-life balance, mental pressure, career opportunities, learning, growth was zero, nothing.
