Nothing is good here the leadership which is left in doesn't have any business idea, there are no reviews, no employee interaction contracts are followed as per customers wish , contracts are so genral 1 size fits all. So what I like is people who do not want to work can

So many things , salary and tricks not to give rise, age old employees who have non idea because they are there because of erstwhile senior employees leaving, there is silent racism in europe , code of conduct takes no action . Favorites never turn up to work despite wfo policy, business HRs do not understand industry requirement , incompetent overtime compensation and comp off policy. I hope you get this it is not vendetta but reality

...nd skills, I am not longer part of Wipro now because of this highlighted points. 1 needs to support dedicated people, who work for an organization, not for money 2 Pay them a salary as per their expectation 3 People know how much the project and stakeholders and customers pay for their work, and need to be paid half of the customer salary 4 kindly support these people who are working genuinely. 5 Time on flowers, Human beings working there not robots need to check the employees how much time they are working on flowers it's not possible to work at 8:30 and sit in one place continuously for 8:30 hours, this is not a good working culture, employees who are good in work and they have skills to do work and manage everything you are not putting value them how much they were expecting. 6 needs to check the project's internal working, how many employees have a tress and they're not happy with this job, so if you want to help employees please I am requesting to you please check internally and ask people randomly they are happy or not, I don't know if this message was delivered to the action team and whether action would be taken or not, but need to focus on employee growth, if workers are thinking about the organization's growth what organization is not thinking about employee growth, their huge People are working genuinely but there not value and brought and as per the expectation salary, salary is less work culture is bad not having a value

No work life balance, no hike, no employee friendly, no HR support, continous extra working hours with no pay. Pathetic management, horrible work culture

1. the salary they offer you in first, you will get 2 to 3k after joining. 2. HR do not response. 3. Management is worst - it is not employee centric at all. 4. Nothing new to learn here since i have joined the organization (it may depend on project)
