...'t have any value outside. Slowly they will remove all the benefits once joined. They will locate you forcefully in one location and asks you to attend classes at other location without any compensation, allowances etc. They will not relocate you even if you will be dying due to this. Wipro deals only with Business, no social security of Employees. They will say "Unyielding Integrity", but I ask them to remove this tagline. No free transport. Cafeteria food is worst. Work from home a day in a week. No free food.

Monthly medical budget for employees and access to learning portal for up skilling.

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

Slow decision-making. Limited salary hikes. Bureaucratic management. Competitive pay gaps.

Bench policy are worst , 45 days only bench period and then you will go under loss of pay. HR and bench team very worst.

Earning money only enginners in the any MNC or product based company . Now the developers only not getting proper projects and salaries cuts

In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees. This is the main reason for leaving Wipro, although the working culture is fabulous. If we want to lead a fulfilling life, financial growth is essential, and that’s the only reason for leaving Wipro
