No one capable of their roles Naam bade durshan chote (talking about salary, appraisal, skills ,timings) They gave me 2 months lossofpay if I not went to office in pandemic time. This is how they treat their employees.

Respect & Comfort No one is big or small, elder or young,superior or inferior, all are employees at whatever position they are, policies are applicable for everyone,no discrimination of any type, if your bad luck that someone misbehave with you, you can raise complaint against him or her with ombuds team and your name will not revealed and you will be not retalied

... entry level or executive or at associate level. Compensation must be increased. They should have a minimum salary standard.

Team mates along with other staff are supportive and nothing else is upto mark.

Partiality, Unfair salary hike, company policies always gets modified according to management, no transparency, too much of work pressure, talent always comes after flatterer.

Job security is the only thing i liked about wipro.

...much. Training and skills are not arranged by wipro, you have to be on your own. You wont get much compensation and benefits, sometimes you wont even get annual hike much. No appreciation, No benefits, you dont get anything apart from salary
