1. Appraisal and hikes 2. It's been 2 years since I started working here and still didn't received any salary hike because of company' policy 3. Promotion depends on the teams overall performance and not the individual's performance

Good time for self learning , people are good , get certifications for clouds and other things, salary in bench , training and inside project are same. Some perks may get when you are in billable.

Lack of projects, may experience longer time in bench.

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

... nothing really good here, not even job security since that 45 days pool policy. If you are in pool for more than 45 days they would stop your salary and after some time they will force you to resign. Or threaten you to terminate.

Everything sucks here, if you are getting enough money then only join.No other reason to work here
