Onsite Remote Work Clarification
Hi All, My Husband is working in another company and he is about to receive an onsite opportunity to US on L1 visa. My question is can I stay with my husband there in US and work remotely for Wipro India? Is that allowed? Or there is some process for this? Like what kind of approval is required ?

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Work life balance is terrible manager just use and work you to the bone for no reason.

Dislikes

...our skill development is just a mith here. You're the dog for this organisation. Even cut your variable pay if company make loss. Won't give incentive. Etc.

Oh too good company, great work life balance . To much high job security. I have seen a senior manager of my tenure who was for 7 month on bench but he did not been sacked. Great medical facility OPD plus insurance on hospitalisation. Manager is to good and cooperative.
