Everything is perfect..just the thing in which it lacks is the salary is not provided as per the standard of work they need from employees.

Bench policy are worst , 45 days only bench period and then you will go under loss of pay. HR and bench team very worst.

Earning money only enginners in the any MNC or product based company . Now the developers only not getting proper projects and salaries cuts

In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees.
