Absolutely nothing. Its a pathetic company to work with. Growth is too slow, salary is too less. Information about salary is kept hidden from the employees at the beginning. If the company decides to cut costs, they become very rude and office politics changes to next level to make sure you can't survive in the company. In the name of change management, they will bring a new leader who will start firing people, in the name of change!

Work-life balance is good.

Dislikes

...any works 9 hours module, and wipro works in 9.5 hours module, which is worst. Salary hike is worst...they don't provide good salary hike, last six years i haven't received hike more than 9% that too 50% of it will go to QPLC part and that depends on the company performance if company is performing well you will get 100% QPLC, if not then they will reduce the QPLC amount. no matter how hard you work.

Environment is good, managers are nice, learning of new processes, colleagues are very helpful, growth and development.

Dislikes

Salary concer it's a very big issue, work load is very high and salary is very low.

The only thing I like about Wipro is the job security and that's the only positive thing about working with Wipro.

Dislikes

Almost everything I dislike about Wipro, night shift, low compensation, terrible management, office politics and low work life balance.

Likes

Work culture is excellent in Wipro. They provide lots of facilities in the company. Every floor has the cafeteria and office is very clean.

Dislikes

They don't provide good compensation. The only good package that they have is at service center but in back office salary is very low. However, it's a good company for gaining experience.
